Responsibilities
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Working collaboratively with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
